Digital Farm Gate, an RRRF community project

Digital Farm Gate, an RRRF Community-Based Business Project, expands on the work begun May 2020, when Community Futures Huron supported Huron County Farmers’ Markets and producers to pivot towards online sales and ecommerce as a solution for the restrictions caused by the Covid pandemic as part of the Libro Food Hub project.

The Digital Farm Gate includes:

  • The Rise and Shine newsletter targeting direct market producers and food processors and updating on the most relevant marketing and business support opportunities.
  • A series of training and webinars related to E-commerce and other food business related topics.
  • Consulting available to individual business to do digital marketing assessments, training, website development and more.
