Introducing Susan Jared, COVID-19 Business Support Liaison

Susan Jared has recently been brought onboard as COVID-19 Business Support Liaison to support Community Futures Huron loan clients during this pandemic and difficult time for Huron County businesses.

Susan’s background includes employment services, educating adult learners, hospitality and retail management in Canada and England. Susan loves to create the plan of a new business – currently as Online Business Support working with clients around the world, and previously owning a children’s consignment store in Kincardine.  Her present businesses provide the greatest satisfaction by organizing various client requests from her home office

Susan specializes in supporting businesses, professionals and associations with office services including; daily administration, client contact and scheduling, facilitating events, and designs and management of social media.  She enjoys working from home after many years as the face of the place at The Centres for Employment and Learning and the Avon Maitland District School Board. Susan enjoyed supporting registered clients, employers, and students and providing instruction and workshops. 

Susan was born in England and raised in Burlington Ontario.  She has lived in Bruce and Huron Counties for the past 20 years after residing in the south of England for 10 years where her children were born.  Susan enjoys travelling to a new part of the world every year.
