Through one-to-one consultation with our trained business coaches, we help business owners and buyers navigate the transition process by facilitating introductions, guiding conversations, and connecting clients to relevant supports, including financing options, coaching, and professional advisory referrals where appropriate.

Financing Support for Buyers
Buying an existing business can be a strong pathway into entrepreneurship, but it often requires the right mix of planning, advice, and financing. Community Futures Huron can help prospective buyers explore financing options that may support the purchase of a business, working capital during the transition, or early improvements under new ownership.
Our lending team works with clients to understand the opportunity, review the business plan and cash flow projections, and determine whether Community Futures Huron financing may be a fit.

More than a matching platform, BizLink combines confidential intake, coaching, education, and connections to professional advisors and participating Community Futures offices across Western Ontario.
BizLink was developed by the Orillia Area Community Development Corp. and is delivered regionally through participating Community Futures offices across Western Ontario. Each participating office brings local knowledge and trusted relationships to support buyers and sellers through the transition journey.
